By paying via-this website the consumer understands that All Graphic Work that is paid for will be non-refundable. If you pre-paid and you change your mind about what you need done or you did not like the design, a credit will be applied under your name towards a future design.

If you send a draft of what you want your design to look like and it is fulfilled, and you do not like the outcome of what you picked, 1/2 of the charge will go towards creating a new design and you will have to pay the additional cost to re-do the whole project after the orignial design was already created, if it is completely different from the original design.

When purchasing a design from me, I am responsible for sending you the file in either jpeg, pdf,psd & png form. After you have finalized & ok'd the design, I am not responsible for color changes & other small tweeks to your project. This will all be an additional cost.
